Installation

Installation of these forms requires the use of PhpMyAdmin. Go to Administration/Other/Database/list_options/ Import. This will cause the form to appear in the Layout Based Tab to appear. To install the form itself go to Administration/Other/Databse/layout_options/Import.

If you wish to import NationNotes with Components, be aware that the Components have to be installed first before the NationNote. If the installation order is reversed, the Components will not show up in the NationNote.
