Contributed Layout Based Visit Forms
Installation
Installation of these forms requires the use of PhpMyAdmin and the importation of the corresponding .sql files or compressed .sql files. Successful import takes no more than one second.
Go to Administration/Other/Database/list_options/Import. This will result in the form appearing in the Layout Based Tab so that the user can choose the form.
To install the form itself go to Administration/Other/Database/layout_options/Import.
If you wish to import a NationNote with Components, be advised that the Components have to be imported before the NationNote. If the installation order is reversed, the Components will not show up in the NationNote.
It is highly advisable to backup your data and import the form to a test copy of OpenEMR before the attempt on your working copy.
