Installation
Installation of these forms requires the use of PhpMyAdmin.
Go to Administration/Other/Database/list_options/Import. This will result in the form appearing in the Layout Based Tab so that the user can choose the form.
To install the form itself go to Administration/Other/Databse/layout_options/Import.
If you wish to import NationNotes with Components, be advised that the Components have to be imported before the NationNote. If the installation order is reversed, the Components will not show up in the NationNote.
