Founder of The RDM Group, a firm specializing in Non-profit fundraising and management. Planned and executed multiple successful Israeli national campaigns. Since 2007 serving as Exc. Dir of the Medical Center in Efrat, building from foundations up a large independent multi-faceted medical center and emergency center serving the population of the Gush Etzion region and beyond.
