I am a student at the Department of Public Health, Program in Nutrition at Hunter College. We are working on using OpenEMR as a simulation environment for training dietetics students to use patient portals. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Food Science and am earning my Master's degree in Nutrition in Spring 2015.
