I was looking at the software. looking to add asterisk PBX integration Dialer and also Gammu (SMS using a GSM Modem in the computer) integration.
But Also my wife runs Drug treatment centers, in Los Angeles and looking that this I was going to offer drug treatment and and other Mental Health services. I started to write my own but I gave up because I needed all the paper work to simulate the whole thing which I realized was difficult just for myself :-).
