Settings

Go To:

• Navigation Bar:   Administration --> Globals.
  
• Tab:   Miscellaneous.
  

Options:

• Enable Hylafax Support
• Hylafax Server - Default = localhost
• Hylafax Directory - Default = /var/spool/fax
• Hylafax Enscript Command - Default = enscript -M Letter -B -e^ --margins=36:36:36:36

• Enable Scanner Support
• Scanner Directory - Default = /mnt/scan_docs

Configuration:

• Create Faxcache Directory & Set Permissions

sudo mkdir [openemr directory]/sites/default/faxcache
sudo chown -R www:www [openemr directory]/sites/default/faxcache

OpenEMR has built-in commands to communicate with Hylafax server software.
