MU Requirements
1. AR.EP.J.1 The technology shall have the ability to record smoking status.
Proposed Solution
1. Expand the use of Tobacco field as in Patient History/Lifestyle.
Status: O Never O Current O Stopped
If the provider clicks on Current, show a field regarding frequency of use:
O Light (less than 1 pack a week)
O Medium (1-3 packs a week)
O Heavy (1-3 packs a day)
