Service-Oriented Architecture Implementation Guide, Release 1, HL7 Draft Standard for
Trial Use, March 2011, IBR approved for § 170.204.

Status

Wording appears to be very similar to 2011 ONC guidelines, except for all of the "Infobutton" stuff. So will likely need to await the testing scripts to see if any additional improvements will be required to pass this criteria for 2014 ONC.

Proposal

This appears to be a nice free tool to acquire patient-specific education automatically based on diagnosis, meds, labs etc. Should even be able to work this into the patient portal.
