  • VERIFIED COMPLETE
  • Ready to sign self-declaration.

Notes

  • Can add snomed codified diagnoses for first degree relatives when entering in family history for patient.
  • The first degree relative relationships are codified in SNOMED in Administration->Forms->Layouts->History.
  • Snomed US edition can be imported into OpenEMR.
