Hylafax Interface

This is similar to the Mirth project idea. Why reinvent the wheel when Hylafax already does this.

Initially document how to install Hylafax.

Then incorporate hylafax so that it comes as part of the installation of OpenEMR.

Using Avant Fax may be of benefit and needs to be examined.
