Have been developing practice management and electronic medical record software with Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, CSS, HTML5, JQuery, JavaScript and various open source Linux tools since 2000.
I started programming in a multi location Optometry practice in 1988.
I have developed Ansi X12 837 transmission, status return processing, ERA processing. I developed a visual posting system allowing the scanning of EOBs and fast click, OCR and lookup for posting with a 90% accuracy rate for patient location.
Experienced in ICD10 and CPT4 coding for eye care, claims processing and general practice management of Optometry practices.
looking to contribute to the Eye Exam project in open-emr as it relates to Optometry.
