Offsite portal patch 1

- If you want to take advantage of the VPN security method for the offsite patient portal, then need to do below (note if you want to continue using the static ip method, then do not change anything):
- In Administration->Globals->Portal change the following:
- Offsite Patient Portal Site Address
- Offsite Patient Portal Site Address (Patient Link)
- Then click 'Save'
- Then follow these instructions: Patient_Portal#VPN_Security_Configuration
