(1) Immunization information. Enable a user to electronically record, change, and access immunization information.

Proposal
- According to the Final Test Methods, will need to address the following issues in the Immunization module:
- Change Date Administered to Date/Time Administered
- Add an Amount Administered field
- Add an Immunization Expiration Date field
- Add a Route field
- Add a Administration Site field
- The Final Test Methods also requires a method to flag a immunization as erroneously added. It uses the following wording "Immunization information was entered into the wrong patient’s record. Mark all information as entered in error.(Strikethrough is used only to indicate to the Tester and Vendor that the entire note is to be marked as error and does not prescribe how the EHR is to mark the note as error)".
- This appears to be open to some interpretation. There is currently a way to Delete a immunization, but it completely removes it (ie. doesn't keep the data and flag it as erroneous). This will likely be something to clarify with the Testing Body.
