From this "date" to "that date" can be translated into Dutch as tot

But sending this message to Dr. S. O. Andsoo should be translated in Dutch with aan to use the word "tot" in this situation is very unusual.

May someone help with the above by writing next to each one its meaning?
Since many acronyms are not translated in the translation spreadsheet I suppose they are self explanatory or not useful in non-US settings.
