Status
- VERIFIED COMPLETE (after bring in PR and ensure snomed us release can be imported)
- Ready to sign self-declaration.
Notes
- Can add snomed codified diagnoses for first degree relatives when entering in family history for patient.
- The first degree relative relationships are codified in SNOMED in Administration->Forms->Layouts->History.
- Snomed US edition can be imported into OpenEMR.
