Stable Production Release (Version 5.0.2)
OpenEMR 5.0.2 was released on 8/4/19. Here is a list of new features in this version and blog entry summarizing release. It is compatible with PHP versions from 7.1.2 - 7.4, MariaDB versions 10.1 - 10.4, and MySQL versions 5.6 - 5.7 (Note it is not yet compatible with MySQL 8; we are working on fixes to support MySQL 8 and will release patch/packages when ready.).
