This page will be used to track special constants (especially ones containing comments) and provide a further description of constants that translators have found confusing.

The entry goes Number labs: (Non-electronic) meaning the labs are not done via computer orders and not recorded in computer as discrete values (instead done the old-fashioned way of paper orders and lab results on a piece of paper). It's part of a feature that tracks how much a clinic is using electronic labs.
