Maritza is a native of Colombia, SA, and came to the United States when she was seven years old and grew up in Raleigh, NC. Shawn started his IT career as a Network Engineer in 1998 with a Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina owned company called Companion Technologies. After implementing multiple Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records Systems for Companion Technologies for 5 years he went to work as the Director of IT for Charlotte Gastroenterology. Working at Charlotte Gastroenterology for 7 years he implemented, developed and maintained NextGen's Electronic Medical Records System for 25 physicians at 8 locations. Shawn started Complete Computer Solutions in June of 2006 and has grown the company targeting Non-Hospital Owned Physicians Offices in need of IT support and EMR integration.

Derick started his IT career with A4 Healthmatics as an EMR Support Specialists. After conquering the EMR support desk he moved into the HL7 Interface Division. Here he developed and supported multiple HL7 interfaces for the A4 Healthmatics System. Moving onto Misys Healthcare where he was a HL7 Interface Support Specialists, Derick was the lead technical engineer for there interface department. With the merger of Allscripts and Misys Healthcare, Derick became one of two technical leads for there interface department working on all of the Misys and Allscripts interfaces for EMR, Labs and EDI.

Shannon manages the Document Management Services division. Complete Computer Solutions has the capability to scan a patient's paper medical records directly into a physician's office EMR via a secure HIPPA compliant VPN or Citrix session. They will pickup, inventory, scan, shred and upload the files electronically.
