Proposal

• According to the Final Test Methods, will need to address the following issues in the Immunization module:

• Change Date Administered to Date/Time Administered
• Add an Amount Administered field
• Add an Immunization Expiration Date field
• Add a Route field
• Add a Administration Site field
• Add a erroneously added field/mechanism

• Above items were added to codebase on 4/30/13

Immunization information passed health IT test procedure and no inconsistencies found.
