My hobbies are: 1-Computer programming: During my residency back in 1989 I had bought my first computer. It was a commodore PC 10 with 640 KB RAM and 20 MB hard disc. The same year I attended computer programming courses on ms gwbasic and ms cobol and I got programmers certificate in both of them. I produced programs to collect analyze data of my thesis and later self tailored and flexible programs for patient database and office automation first in MS COBOL later in MS access. In 2006 I translated Care2x,a hospital information system, into Turkish. And In 2010 I translated OpenEMR into Turkish. 2-Music: I played mandolin, baglama (Turkish folk instrument with 3 strings and a narrow long arm.)flute since my early childhood. 3-Swimming: I am not at all a challenging swimmer. But I have always been very unsuccessful and consequently unintrested in every branch of sports that swimming is the only sport I do personally. 4-Gardening: While I was a child my parents had bought a hobby garden and we had cultivated it several years. When I was grown up I did similar in 1998 and now I have a small house on a 650 square meters house in Bahsili, Kirikkale. So my children too were able to see plants and trees growing and getting old. Thanks for reading.
