The intent of Quality Assurance log is to record problems that are occurring. Frequently this has to do with particular analyzer and is helpful in a number of different ways. Technicians coming on shift can note which analyzers may be causing trouble. This log can be used to determine recurring problems of a particular type that may indicate a need for maintenance or repairs.
