- The 'Audit Log Encryption' Option needs to be turned on:
- Administration->Globals->Logging->Enable Audit Log Encryption
- After turn this toggle on, then click Save. Then look at the option again to ensure it is turned on. If it does not turn on, then go to the forums to request support.
- Administration->Globals->Logging->Enable Audit Log Encryption
